As of 2011, you can now like us on FACEBOOK. We are able through E-Mailing, to confirm and remind you of appointments, inform you when your contact lenses or eyeglasses are ready for pickup and many more applications.

Patients also have the ability to complete patient and medical history forms prior to their appointment. These forms are available under the "Patient Forms" section on this site.

The Optomap Retinal Scan is available in our office. This scan takes a complete picture of your retina to determine its health.

We offer a complete line of the most current contact lenses, including the most highly oxygenated lenses available to help symptoms of dry eye and computer vision issues. A wide array of multifocal, astigmatic, and single vision lenses are available to suit your needs.

Our optical has an inventory of more than 1000 eyeglass frames, and is supervised by two experienced Opticians to ensure your eyewear needs are met.

Dr. Hagen has earned the designation of being a Certified Optometrist and is highly qualified to identify and treat eye diseases. Your medical insurance will cover medical eyecare visits to our office. Emergency medical eye conditions are seen in our office immediately.
